PORTAL/s operates in Australia and is governed by the laws of New South Wales. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately display product details, including colour, sizing and design. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.
- Mineral wash, vintage fade and distressed finishes may vary between garments.
- Minor variations are not considered faults.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before purchase.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to:
- Adjust pricing at any time
- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders resulting from obvious pricing mistakes
If an error occurs, you will be contacted before processing.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. PORTAL/s does not store credit card information.
5. Returns & Refunds
No Change of Mind Returns
Due to the limited nature of our releases and hygiene standards, PORTAL/s does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour preference
- Delays outside our control
Please check sizing carefully before purchasing.
Faulty Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major fault. A product is considered faulty if it:
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is damaged prior to delivery
- Is significantly different from its description
The following are not considered faults:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect washing or misuse
- Intentional distressing or vintage finishes
Fault Claims
To submit a claim:

- Provide order number and clear photos
- Include a description of the issue
If approved, we may offer: Replacement (subject to availability), Repair, or Refund (where required under law).
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these criteria.
6. Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates only. PORTAL/s is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost parcels once marked delivered
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address entry, additional shipping fees apply.
7. Limited Releases
PORTAL/s operates limited drops. We do not guarantee restocks of sold-out items.

All designs, graphics, logos, branding, artwork, text and content are the intellectual property of PORTAL/s. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
